Featured Style Blogger: Sadai Ayala

Sadai from Sadai Ayala
How long have you been blogging and what were your main reasons for starting a blog?
I've always had a passion for style, fashion and writing, so I found that blogging my thoughts and choices on these matters would be something I would really love and enjoy. "New year, new choices" is what led me to begin blogging on January of 2012, so I launched my first online blog

What inspires you?
I find my inspiration in almost everything. I take a little from nature right outside my door all the way to some of my favorite fashion icons. One thing I really enjoy doing is going through current fashion magazines and finding pieces that catch my eye to later find them at some of my favorite (and more affordable) stores.

What do you like to do on your spare time?
My family is most important to me and we are all very close, so I try to find time in between all of my daily obligations and spend time with each of them. We don't have to go all out on things which means you can find me watching a TV show with my parents, going out for frozen yogurt with my siblings or sitting in my back yard with them watching our dogs run around.

Describe your style in three words.
Casual, feminine, and glamorous for certain occasions, only when it needs to be.
What's your favorite quote or life motto?
"Only one life, 'twill soon be past; only what's done for Christ will last."

How long have you lived in San Diego and what do you love most about this city?
I've lived in San Diego for the past 21 years and I LOVE IT! Traveling to different states within our country has made me realize how fortunate we truly are to live in Southern California. I love my city and every thing it has to offer, like going to the beach, Old Town and finding cool new spots for dinning.

What would you never leave home without?
My phone! Given the fact that my job depends strictly on customers that reach me via phone calls, I can't live without it…literally!

What advice would you give to others who would like to begin blogging?
Be consistent. I know, it's really hard. I've had my ups and downs since I first started blogging because I would lack resources, ideas and patience. Take it as a job and truly commit to it. Consistency and dedication is the key.
